On July 10, 2023, the Millstone Township Fire Department responded to the scene of a car accident on Route 571 in Roosevelt. The accident involved substantial damage to a black SUV and a heavily damaged guardrail. It was not immediately apparent what caused the accident or the status of the involved occupants.
